Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Hobart and Darwin. Delivery times are the same wherever you are: up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days. Remote and regional addresses can take a little longer.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that, a $27.50 delivery charge including GST applies to the whole order, however many items are in it. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Every order goes by the same tracked courier service.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays, so allow up to a fortnight from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send until then. Please do not contact us for a tracking number immediately after ordering.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
