About Kids Playhouse Company
Playhouses, tents, swings, learning toys and Montessori toys for children 0 to 10. Trading since 2015, delivered across Australia.
Kids Playhouse launched in 2015 with a simple aim: get families across Australia good play equipment at prices that make sense, and give them real service when something goes wrong.
We sell online only, direct across Australia. Raising small children is a short and busy stretch of life, and the shop exists to make one part of it simpler: you find the thing, we send it, and it turns up.
Nothing here is installed for you. Most of the range needs no tools at all, and where something does need anchoring or a sound branch above it, the product page says so rather than leaving you to find out.
Choosing between them
Age and space do most of the choosing. A fabric tent packs away and moves between rooms; a moulded cubby house stays put and takes the weather. A play yard is for a child who is not yet walking confidently; a swing set is for one who is. Every page carries the supplier's own age range and weight limit, which narrows a shortlist faster than any photograph does.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that there is a $27.50 charge including GST, shown in your basket before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Our shipping page has the full detail.
If something is not right
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will sort it out. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.
Talk to us
Email theteam@customersupport.care. A real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day.
Who is behind Kids Playhouse Company
Kids Playhouse Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.
